Column Girder H20 System is a assembled completly from plywood connected to vertical HT 20 timber beams and sequentially drilled and slotted multi‐purpose NPU 100 steel walers.
Column Girder H20 system can cover different column sizes and heights. System can resist up to 100 KN/mm2 concrete pressure during casting. Casting can done by using special brackets connected to the H20 girder saving mobile access scaffolding around the columns.
Adjustable walers 120 can cast concrete column from 50 cm X 50 cm up to 90 cm X 90 cm
Adjustable walers 145 can cast concrete column from 60 cm X 60 cm up to 120cm X 120 cm
